About Us

We're here so more seniors get the help they need.

By connecting the families looking for care with the agencies who give it well.

Our purpose is the person in that home.

Every family we reach is a senior who might otherwise go without help. Our job is to make sure they find an agency that will treat them with dignity, and to make sure good agencies never have to wonder where their next family will come from.

Our story

Marketing agency owners with aging parents of our own.

We're Eric and Niki Lay. For more than 25 years, going back to 2001, we've helped local businesses grow, today as LOJO Marketing from our home in Watertown, Tennessee. We're also a husband and wife with aging parents of our own, so we know both sides of this story.

We know the stress. The phone call that changes everything, the work meetings you step out of, the worry when you can't be there. And we know the blessing of having the right help come through the door.

Life is busy. It's easy to wake up one day blindsided that mom or dad needs assistance sooner than you planned. That's usually when a daughter starts searching, often late at night, often overwhelmed, trying to find someone she can trust.

After we launched our GrowthGenie360 platform in 2023, a couple of in-home senior care agencies came to us looking for marketing automation software. As we worked together, we got to know their world: the caregivers who show up with so much heart, the owners who care deeply about every client, and the constant challenge of reaching families before a lead list sold them to five other agencies.

The more we understood the industry, the clearer it became. Great agencies were struggling to be found by the families who needed them most. So we built Senior Growth Systems to help in-home senior care agencies grow, so they can serve more people who will be blessed by their care.

Our system focuses on one connection: the daughter searching for help, and the local in-home care agency that can bring her family relief.
